Donna May Robinson-Pellittieri's Bio:

Former NYC fashion designer, Donna May Robinson entered the world of doll artistry when she picked up a magazine and read an ad on doll patterns. That very act spurred her on to use her skills as a pattern drafter to create her own remarkable one-of-a-kind dolls.

Not long after, Donna May was inducted into the prestigious NIADA organization (National Institute of American Doll-Artists)-http://www.niada.org/index2.html

Her unique creations have been shown as a far away as Moscow. Today she continues to spend hours in the studio to create more characters, but in between that time she can be found designing her richly tactile collage ornaments, purses and yes, even children's clothing. All designs are rich in detail, color and texture.

Donna May resides in Connecticut with her husband and son in their rustic home filled with her art, and items she's collected over the years.
